River Consulting provided design-supply and field services for the coal handling system to handle approximately 1.7 to 1.9 million tons of coal per year. The system included conveyor design, piping, washdown systems, rail and truck unloading hoppers and conveyor tunnels, stockpiling, reclaim to day bunkers, dust collection systems, a concrete stacking tube and electrical and instrumentation design. 

The system features multiple conveyors ranging in size from 42 inches to 60 inches wide with handling rates of 900-1,200 tph. To meet regulations and safety standards, the entire system features state of the art dust collection systems, enclosed conveyors, and washdown water and service systems.
